How to do more by doing less ….

 

Back to School for me is time to focus on MOMMY!  (Once I break through the chaos of a new routine and get everything on the calendar)

 

One of the best things about back to school (once we figure out how to get the multiple schedules working) is having a routine.   Routine ….

 

Routine helps me think less about food.   Thinking less about food gives me some extra time at night to double check the calendars.

 

I was never able to be so organized before.  I was constantly thinking about food.  How much, what kind, am I hungry, am I full, is that good for me, is that bad for me, etc. etc. etc.

 

Freedom from food drama.  Room to think about SO many other things.

 

Less thinking about food – what could you accomplish with all that extra time?
