Routine helps me think less about food. Thinking less about food gives me some extra time at night to double check the calendars.
I was never able to be so organized before. I was constantly thinking about food. How much, what kind, am I hungry, am I full, is that good for me, is that bad for me, etc. etc. etc.
Freedom from food drama. Room to think about SO many other things.
