Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing
- Digital Products: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to access your digital product(s) immediately. Please ensure that the email provided is accurate to avoid delays in delivery.
- Physical Products: If your order includes physical items, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Domestic Shipping: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your items arrive promptly. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location.
- International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and additional delivery time. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Digital Product Access
- Course Access: Access to courses, programs, and coaching sessions is typically granted within minutes of purchase, along with instructions for logging in or accessing content.
- Subscription Services: For our ongoing coaching programs or memberships, access will continue according to your subscription plan. Any changes or cancellations to your subscription will be applied at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. However, if you encounter issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
- Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that medications are not eligible for return. For other physical products, returns will be accepted at our discretion. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
- Coaching Programs: Refund policies for coaching programs are outlined in individual program agreements. Generally, we do not offer refunds for coaching services after the first session. If you have questions about our coaching program policies, please reach out to us directly.
