
Breakfast Quinoa
Quinoa for breakfast??!!
I know – it sounds weird.
But, I love this hearty breakfast, especially in winter
Ingredients

Quinoa
-
Vanilla
-
Unsweetened Almond Milk (or coconut milk)
Optional Ingredients/Toppings:
- Berries
- Peanut Butter
- Almond Butter
- Bananas
- Nuts
- Sweet Potato
Instructions
- Cook Quinoa per package instructions (I usually add a teaspoon or so of vanilla when cooking)
- Assemble ½ cup of quinoa, ½ cup almond or coconut milk and heat
- Topping with nuts or berries.
- Try adding in a spoonful of peanut butter or even sweet potato!
