“The Bootcamp helped me focus on smaller, more achievable goals that I’ve been able to sustain.”

What if October wasn't about being perfect?

You make the plan.

Then someone gets sick. Work gets crazy. You eat something you didn't plan. You miss the workout. Halloween candy appears everywhere.

And suddenly the thought is:

“Well...I already blew it.”

So you promise yourself you'll do better tomorrow.

Or Monday.

Or after Halloween.

Or January.

That's the pattern we're working on this October.

Not by trying harder.

Not by cutting out every food you love.

And definitely not by expecting 31 perfect days.

We're going to practice getting really good at coming back.

Here's how it works.

For 31 days, you'll practice simple, doable actions designed to help you build consistency in your actual life.

Not your imaginary life where nobody gets sick, work never runs late, dinner always goes according to plan, and you wake up excited to exercise every morning.

Your real one.

Each day, you’ll have a simple action to practice.
Some days you’ll nail it. Some days you won’t. Both count — because the work isn’t building a perfect streak. It’s noticing what happened and choosing your next best thing.

Inside Drop a Pumpkin you'll get:

🎃 31 days of simple, doable action
Small opportunities to practice showing up, noticing what happens, and choosing your next best thing.

🎃 Prizes for Showing Up
We’ll have fun prizes throughout the Challenge for participating, practicing, and coming back — not for being perfect.

🎃 Weekly LIVE Friday calls with me, Dr. Stacy
We'll talk about what's working, where you're getting stuck, and how to keep moving forward without turning one imperfect choice into an abandoned week. P.S. - Replays will be available.

🎃 Your Challenge tracker + resources
Simple tools to help you see your consistency without turning tracking into another way to judge yourself.

🎃 A private participant community
A place to check in, get support, celebrate wins, and—most importantly—not disappear when things don't go perfectly.

🎃 60 days of access
Because you shouldn't have to race through everything before October 31.

“The Drop a Pumpkin Challenge was the motivation I needed to try new ways... keeping track of daily goals and sharing in the group gave me the courage to stick with the challenges.”
— Cindy P., 2025 participant

What are we dropping?

We’re NOT dropping:
carbs / sugar / food groups / everything fun about October.

We ARE dropping:
❌ “I already blew it.”
❌ “I’ll start Monday.”
❌ Guilt after an imperfect choice.
❌ All-or-nothing thinking.
❌ Quitting because you missed a day.
❌ Waiting for life to calm down.

And then:

And we’re replacing it with one skill:

The ability to come back.

“When I get off track, I know how to get back on. The Pumpkin Challenge gives me the little push I need to stay on track.”

This Challenge is for you if...

You know what to do—but doing it consistently is another story.

You've had plenty of Mondays when you were definitely starting over.

You can do great when life is calm, but struggle when things get busy.

One “bad” meal can somehow turn into a bad day...which becomes a bad weekend.

You're tired of feeling like you're either doing it right or not doing it at all.

And you'd really like to enter the holidays without already planning your January comeback.

Yep. You're my person.

“Did I miss some water some days — yes. Did I eat some sugar — yes. Did I overeat at times because I wasn’t being mindful — absolutely. But using my new tools, I picked up one habit and ran with it, and the others fell into place. In the past, I would have turned my back and ghosted the group. I’m still here, and that makes me proud.”
— Kimberly B., 2025 participant

Why October?

Because October is real life.

Schedules are full.

Halloween candy exists.

There are parties and football games and dinners out and weekends that don't look anything like Tuesday.

Perfect.

Because if you can only practice consistency when life is easy, you're not really learning consistency.

October gives us 31 days to practice making a plan, living our lives, noticing when things go sideways—and figuring out what to do next.

Not next Monday.

Next.

“When I do reps, it’s now 31 instead of 20 — that stuck, in November. Small changes that have stuck. And if you mess up, just forgive yourself and move forward. Don’t get caught up in having to be perfect.”
— Sherry B., 2025 participant

You don't need another restart.

You need evidence that you can trust yourself to keep going.

That's what I want you to build this month.

Not 31 perfect days.

Not a perfect streak.

Not a dramatic October transformation.

31 days of practice.

Because the win isn't never getting off track.

The win is knowing how to come back.

About Your Instructor:

I’m Dr. Stacy Heimburger, a board-certified Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine physician, menopause specialist, certified life coach, and advanced weight-loss expert.

October has always felt personal to me because it’s when I began my own weight-loss journey. It gave me a few weeks of relatively normal routines to practice new habits before the holidays arrived—not to perfect them, but to learn how to keep going when life changed.

And here in Louisiana, fall finally makes outside movement feel possible again. A short walk, fresh air, or a few minutes in nature can become movement and self-care without requiring an elaborate workout plan.

That’s the approach I’ll teach you inside Drop a Pumpkin: simple habits, realistic expectations, and the skills to follow through without constantly starting over.
