Kale Chips

You know how much I love my kale salads. I love this recipe for the leftover kale. I can't even tell you how much I love these chips.

I have to be careful when I pull them out of the oven because they are so YUMMY!

I also LOVE to use flavored olive oils in my cooking.

These kale chips are the perfect place to experiment with some different flavors!

Ingredients

  • Kale (curly is best)

  • Olive oil – I would experiment with the flavored olive oils here – so good.

Instructions

Lightly drizzle olive oil on the kale. Massage the oil into the leaves with your hands. You want a VERY light layer only.

Put in an oven at 325 degrees and let cook until VERY crispy (about 15 to 20 minutes).

While they are still hot – sprinkle with your favorite seasonings if you didn’t use a flavored olive oil. Try salt, garlic, chili powder, etc.
