
Deviled Eggs
These guys are one of my favorite things to eat.
A friend of mine made a plate of 4 (2 total eggs) for lunch and I thought
"You are SOOO Smart!"
This is like an Easter Bunny Bonus because you will have plenty of ingredients!
Ingredients (makes 24)

1 dozen hard boiled eggs

1 tablespoon mustard
-
¼ cup mayonnaise or aioli

Salt and pepper
- Optional toppings: paprika, fresh parsley or (my favorite) bacon.
Instructions
Slice eggs lengthwise.
Put the yolks in a bowl with the mayo, mustard, salt & pepper
Mix until smooth and then fill up the egg whites
