Butter Shrimp

 


This is an absolute favorite for my 4 year old!

We serve his with buttered pasta - my husband and I usually have ours with zucchini noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 pounds of peeled shrimp (no tails)

  • 1 stick of herbed butter

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

 

Instructions

 

Heat the oil and butter in a skillet.

 

Add the shrimp and cover until steamed/poached.

 

Occasionally spoon butter over the shrimp while cooking.

 

Shrimp is done when it turns pink.
