
Shrimp Remoulade Stuffed Avocado
These guys are one of my favorite things to eat.
A friend of mine made a plate of 4 (2 total eggs) for lunch and I thought
"You are SOOO Smart!"
This is like an Easter Bunny Bonus because you will have plenty of ingredients!
Ingredients

Avocado
-
Cooked salad shrimp
Remoulade Sauce
- 1 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp Creole mustard
- 1 clove minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp creamed Horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Cajon Seasoning
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Cut your avocado lengthwise and remove the pit.
Make your remoulade sauce and add your desired amount to your shrimp.
Stuff your avocado and ENJOY!
